Communication While Incarcerated

To protect your privacy and the integrity of your case, I do not accept phone calls from jail facilities. Jail calls can be recorded and monitored by the state, and discussing your case over the phone can put your attorney-client privilege at risk.

If you or a loved one are incarcerated, the best way to reach me is by mail. Letters give us a secure written record and let me give your matter the detailed attention it deserves.
